These terms cover your use of jobcosthq.com and the text messages we send. JobCostHQ is operated by JobCostHQ LLC. The full terms of service for the JobCostHQ product will be published here before launch.
Using this site
This site is provided as is while we prepare to launch. Do not misuse it or try to disrupt it.
Text messaging terms
- Program: JobCostHQ account and service text messages: sign-in codes, schedule and job reminders, and replies to your support questions. No marketing texts.
- Consent: You receive texts only after you agree for yourself on your own phone, by ticking the box that asks for texts on the “Before you start” screen. Agreeing is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. We then send one confirmation text. See how it works.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies with your activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to end all texts to your number. You will get one message confirming it, and sign-in codes will then come by email. Reply START to turn texts back on.
- Help: Reply HELP or write to info@jobcosthq.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: See our privacy policy. We do not share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new date.
